So, basically the process of making Luwak Coffee is :
1. The Asian Palm Civet, a type of racoon, eat the coffee beans.
2. In the civet's stomach, the enzymes break down the outer shell of the coffee beans.
3. Then, we take the coffee dropping from the civet and we use it to make the Civet coffee.
We are sure that you are maybe shocked to know this method of harvesting, but we hope that you refrain from giving any negative comments regarding this Civet coffee before you try it.
